If it is worth coming back is not an easy answer. The game isn't that much different, but the last patches and communication show that they finally behave rational and are making future plans that look very promising.

This weekend there will be a double prowess weekend and next week an yet unknown anniversary.

I signed up for a 6 month subscription not too long ago and am playing mostly solo for the time being.

One way to test the game again is to make a new account and ask someone for a 2 week trial key. Every player with an active subscription can give 3 buddy keys

And Yeah, I think I'll just plan on resubscribing for this weekend though. We will see what time brings.

While I'm not playing myself, my main problems with the game are:

Loot: Loot is pretty horrible in the game, I don't see many people defending it, I certainly won't it's horrible in my opinion. (luckily they have annonced remade loot system, we'll see if that is any good "soon" enough :P)

Leveling: Killing 150 of each mob for prowess, then fishing and trawling for eternities not very fun. Luckily they did add a few new ways to get prowess (although the should have remade the entire system imo)

I might resub after they've gone through the loot system again, but until then I'm going to wait.My tip is wait, although since I'm not even playing the game atm, the people who are might have a more valid opinion.

Yeah loot system they have already started to fix, like revamp all skinning loot tables came in the last patch.

But still loot tables are crap + atm, im mostly just in sieges and harvesting to get prowesss so i wont have to farm so much when game is fun to play
