I doubt we will need more anytime soon, at least. The only situation I can think of is if we want to coordinate some alliance effort in our TS3. Which will probably not happen for a while =)

Why a cooldown on the switching of roles? That is the only really lame sounding part so far, imo. I hope it will not be very long.
