Hi, I haven't put it up for sale yet The price of 200k is waaaay to low. I bought the house for 450k and I know that I can't get that price for it. 300k might be reasonable, but if noone wants to hold that house I can sell it for 250k or even 200k

Reidar, how much do you want for your house? Someone has offered 200k but I think that's a bit too low
